LCA works closely with a number of leading manufacturers to improve the standards of operations and planning. These business units enjoy growth rates in excess of those achieved in more mature markets, but they often need operational improvements to handle growth without adding capacity and cost.

This is an immensely broad sector. LCA has achieved a number of big wins through working closely with our clients’ teams – blending logistics and indusry specific expertise to best effect. We also assist in major programmes run from the US or Europe, but needing local Asian resources to ‘make it happen’ on the ground.
